This six way speaker selection is awsesome. We purchased it for the three sets of speakers we have in our home. It came at a good price and is stylish and fits nicely on my home entertainment unit. I really am pleased with this speaker selector.

It really is a very good selector to have. At first I was slightly worried about overloading the amplifier but after reading the manual it said that SS-6 has a protection circuit that keeps your amplifier running safely, even if you have all pairs of speakers playing at the same time so I was very pleased.
The nile speaker selector volume control on your amplifier serves as the "master" volume for all the speaker pairs connected. The volume level of the speakers will vary from room to room. This has happened in my house .This is caused by several factors really. Two lesser factors are the size of the speaker and its efficiency. The largest factor is the physical size of your room.The best way to balance your speaker volume is to equip each of the speaker pairs in your system with a Niles volume control. The controls allow you to adjust the volume of each speaker pair individually. If all the speaker pairs in your system are equipped with Niles volume controls, you can leave the amplifier or receiver volume set at one position and use the Niles controls exclusively. I would recommend using these. Power handling of this unit is 100 watts per channel RMS .
I really like this speaker selector and would recommend it anyone.
